It was really nice experience booking & travelling with your char dham yatra in sep 2022. The car was neat & clean, special mention to Mr.Sahani Dharampal our driver & guide explained & showed us all the important places enroute. Food & accommodation was also good except for the room at kedarnath. We too were ready as time required as early @5.00 am too, as we wanted to cover all places in the given time. Interaction, support & cooperation between customer & their staff at its best all the times. Thumbs up & thanks for everything. If have a chance to travel again will surely book with them & recommend friends & relatives too.

It was my first experience booking a trip through a travel operator, it was for Char Dham Yatra with my family and I am glad that I went through Om Shubh Yatra. I booked hotels through them and I reached out to them a week before the trip but they helped me throughout the process from planning/ customizing the itinerary to helping me with any queries. Special thanks to Ms. Muskan who was there throughout to help me out with all the queries and she customized the trip based on my needs and also provided me helpful recommendations. She was highly professional and patient and helped me throughout the trip with any issues. She went beyond the expectations and left no stones unturned to make sure my Char Dham Yatra trip with my family was a memorable one. All the accomodations booked by them were excellent and there were no issue at all anywhere. It was a wonderful experience wtih Om Shubh Yatra. I travelled with a group of 8 people to Kedarnath and Badrinath. The team is very cooperative and adaptive. Their packages are appropriately priced and their accomodation is very good as well. Our co-ordinator was Shahista and she was taking updates from us regularly and supporting us throughout the tour. before booking as well she answered all my queries and it was a smooth experience throughout. The Drivers are very well aware of route and In our case due to weather and landslide conditions we were having some timing issues but the Om Shubh Yatra team was quick to arrange alternative accommodation for the night for us. Thier itinieary are professionally planned and one can be assured travelling with them. It was my first experience with them, and i found them through their website while searching for packages on google. I definately recommend travelling with them.

Try not to pay full amount till completion of tour. Whether u opt delux or standerd package they will accommodate u in the same type of hotels. No individual towels no soaps no hot water... And I request not to opt n8 stay at Kedarnath through on. Shubh yatra. They ll accommodate u adjacent to toilets.

It was a great trip organised by Om Shubh Yatra...It was well planned, good vehicle provided, driver also very friendly and guided very promptly.but I am giving 4* based on the below. 1. Some of the places they have booked hotel too away from the city, we had enough time to roam, but because it's too far from hotel. 2.out off 7 hotels... 5 hotels are good but 2 hotels are very bad. 3.We have paid parking charges in many places.
